5. Check hot surface ignition or spark ignition
6. Inspect burners for rust and wear
7. Check draft induced fan motor
8. Check thermostat for proper calibration
9. Verify proper temperature rise
10. Check gas valve for proper operation
11. Check blower wheel and oil when needed
12. Inspect flue and vent pipe
13. Replace or clean standard air filters
14. Test and adjust gas pressure
